I.The qualification of Leizig distributorship：

■ The distributor shall run all its business as an independent firm or entity with the corporate capacity； ■ The registered capital shall be not less than CNY one million； ■ The professional sales person shall be not less than 2 and at least 1 person in charge of Leizig Products；       ■ The company applying for a distributorship must have the fixed office premises with the space not less than 50 m2； ■  The distributor shall have the necessary office facilities, such as PCs, telephone, fax, vehicle, network and so on； ■ He shall have at least 3 potential customers for Leizig products； ■ He shall own his simple after-sale service team； ■ He shall sign the distribution agreement with Leizig company。

 
II. The procedures of distributorship assessment：

1. Fill in the distributor survey form in detail as attached;
2. Submit the related the materials of qualification, such as business license, tax registration certificate, legal person code certificate, permit of bank account opening as well as relative copies of bank reference letter;
3. The manager in the local sales representative office interviews, assists in customer visit and submits the assessment mail;
4. Both parties sign the distribution agreement and Leizig grants the certificate of authorization;
